Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. Because of the delicate nature of our products, all flower sales are final. We are always happy to consult with you before your purchase to help ensure the piece is perfect for your space.

For non-floral items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please email us at annericeltd@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.

Damages and issues
All of our flowers and products are carefully packed with ample protection. It is normal and expected for some flowers to bend during transit. Each stem is flexible and can be gently adjusted back to its original shape.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at annericeltd@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to file a claim. Kindly include photos of both the item and the packaging, and retain all original packing materials until your claim has been resolved.

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • All flower purchases
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are approved for a return on an eligible non-floral item, you will receive store credit that can be used toward a new purchase.

Refunds
Eligible returns for non-floral items will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method except where required by law.
